Today is my teacher Sarah Elkhaldy's birthday and it's been 4 long years since she completely changed my life when she published her very first video.
It was in that video that she revealed the 2 most essential questions to ask during a spiritual awakening:

Those 2 questions have formed the basis of all of my own teachings on Alchemical Mastery, (including The Confidence Equation and The 3 Pillars of Power).
My favorite of Sarah's quotes is attached below. It's my favorite because it illustrates her deep understanding of the power of a pure intention.
High frequency intentions seek to serve and benefit as many others as possible, while low frequency intentions only seek to serve our human character and its personal agenda.
Once you're able to prioritize feeling into the frequency of your intentions before acting on them, you will be summoning forth the most Masterful version of yourself.
